1. Earn 43% retail profit on purchased products. For example, for every $100 you spend to purchase product at your wholesale price, you sell to your customers for $143; and thus earn 43% on your product cost.

2. Earn 5% - 18% bonus on your personal retail sales. After achieving the Assistant Supervisor level in the marketing plan, each month you receive a bonus based upon the retail value of all the product purchases you place in your own name.

3. Earn 5% - 18% bonus on your New Distributorsí retail sales. When you sponsor new distributors, each month you receive a bonus based upon the retail value of all the product purchases they place, until they reach the level of Assistant Supervisor.

4. Earn 3% - 13% bonus on the retail sales of the distributors in your group. After achieving the Supervisor level in the marketing plan, each month you can qualify to receive a bonus based upon the retail value of all the product purchases placed by the distributors in your group.

5. Earn 2% - 6% bonus on retail sales of the distributors who are under the Managers in your group. When you develop Managers in your group, each month you can qualify to receive a bonus based upon the retail value of all the product purchases placed by them and the distributors in their groups.

6. Earn up to $800 per month to pay for a new car, house, boat, etc. Upon qualification, you can receive an extra monthly payment based upon the sales volume of your group.

7. Earn up to 3% additional bonus on the retail volume of all your Managersí groups. When you work to maintain the personal activity of your first-generation Managers, you can qualify for this bonus, which can nearly double your income each month!

8. Share in the Companyís profits at the end of each year. Profit Sharing checks are presented to Managers who meet specific qualifications during the year. Some checks have amounted to well over $750,000.

9. Qualify for all-expense paid trips to Company resorts, tropical islands and Company rallies.

10. Periodically, the Company sponsors special sales incentives whereby distributors can earn gifts, trips and special recognition. Big screen TVís, Tumi briefcases, and trips to Acapulco, Las Vegas and Cancun are the most recent.

Diamond Centurion Manager.  When a Manager builds and develops one hundred (100) 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Managers, they become a Diamond Centurion Manager.

 

 

Triple Diamond Manager. When a Manager builds and develops Seventy Five (75) 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Managers, they become a Triple Diamond Manager. The distributorship is also awarded the following privileges:

* A specially-designed gold pin with three large diamonds.
* An all-expense-paid trip for 14 days and 13 nights around the world.
* An exclusive, personalized Omega/Rolex watch (at FLP's discretion)
* Limited Edition Bronze (at FLP's discretion)

Double Diamond Manager. When a Manager builds and develops fifty (50) 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Managers, they become a Double Diamond Manager. The distributorship is also awarded the following privileges:
* A specially designed gold pin with 2 large diamonds.
* An all expense-paid trip for 10 days and 9 nights to South Africa.
* An exclusive pen accessorized with beautiful diamonds.

Diamond Manager. When a Manager builds and develops twenty-five (25) 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Managers, they become a Diamond Manager. The distributorship is also awarded the following privileges:

* A beautifully designed diamond recognition ring.
* Waiver of case volume requirements for Earned Incentive and Volume Bonuses, provided a minimum of twenty-five 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Managers are Active.
* An all-expense-paid one-week trip to the World Rally

Diamond Sapphire Manager. When a Manager has sponsored and developed nine (9) 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Managers in their line, they become Sapphire Managers, and a gold pin with eight sapphires is awarded. Pins will only be presented at a Success Day or other recognized meetings conducted by a company approved representative.

* The Sapphire Manager Distributorship is also awarded a four-day, three-night all-expense-paid trip to one of the Company resorts.

Sapphire Manager. When a Manager has sponsored and developed seventeen (17) 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Managers, they become a Diamond Sapphire Manager, and a gold pin with four diamonds and four sapphires is awarded at a recognition banquet.

* The Distributorship is also awarded a specially designed bronze seagull.
* In addition, the distributorship will receive an all-expense-paid trip for five days and four nights to a luxury resort in Hawaii or another location to be designated by the Company.

Soaring Manager. When a Manager has sponsored and developed five (5) 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Managers, they become a Soaring Manager and they will be awarded a new Manager pin with five garnets. A Soaring Manager with five (5) Active 1st Generation Sponsored Managers has their case credits requirements in the Earned Incentive Program reduced by 40 case credits for Incentive 1, 50 case credits for Incentive 2 and 60 case credits for Incentive 3.


Senior Manager. When a Manager has sponsored and developed two (2) 1st Generation Sponsored Recognized Manager, they become a Senior Manager and they will be awarded a new Manager pin with two garnets.

 

Manager. After a Distributor and his or/her organization have Accredited Sales equal to a minimum of 120 case credits of product in a calendar month or two consecutive months, and qualifies as a Recognized Manager, the Distributor is honored and presented with a gold pin from the company.

 

Assistant Manager. After a Distributor and his or/her organization have Accredited Sales equal to a minimum of 75 case credits of product in a calendar month or two consecutive months, they qualify as a Recognized Assistant Manager.

 

Supervisor. After a Distributor and his or/her organization have Accredited Sales equal to a minimum of 25 case credits of product in a calendar month or two consecutive months, they qualify as a Recognized Supervisor.

The third month volume must be maintained thereafter. If a Distributor's group case credit volume drops below the case requirement for any given third month, the monthly earned incentive bonus will only reflect the amount earned based on $2.00 per case credit for the Distributor's group volume

We measure all achievements in the FLP Marketing Plan in terms of case credits (cc's). Everyone starts as a distributor and earns income based on personal retail sales and the sales of any team members added by the distributor.

Distributor: Fill out an application / 43% Retail Profit.

Assistant Supervisor: 2cc / 43% Retail Profit / 5% bonus on Personal Retail Sales / Sponsor & build downline.

Supervisor: 25cc / 43% Retail Profit / 8% bonus on Personal Retail Sales / 3% on Asst. Supervisor Group Retail Sales

Assistant Manager: 75cc / 43% Retail Profit / 13% bonus on Personal Retail Sales / 5% bonus on Supervisor Group Retail Sales / 8% bonus on Asst. Supervisor Group Retail Sales
